Process automation and AI agents · built to production standards

The work your team retypes every day should already be done.

I build process automation and AI agents that run on your real systems — with error handling, logging and alerts, so you find out from a dashboard instead of from a customer. Eighteen years of software engineering, your hours, English or Spanish.

Today
Flat. Everything by hand.
Could be
Same team. Same week.

What this is

Palanca Sur builds AI automation for companies — taking a repetitive business process and making it run without a person — and provides AI training for individuals and teams who want to do that work themselves.

Five days. Criteria agreed in writing before I start. If it misses them, you get the fee back — and you keep what was built.

The sprint is $950 USD. What follows is a fixed project fee, or a share of what the system recovers.

See both ways to pay

You already know where the time goes

  1. Three calls came in while she was on the phone. Nobody has called them back.
  2. The same customer details get typed into three systems that don’t talk.
  3. Quotes get written at 9pm, because that’s the first quiet hour of the day.
  4. Somebody spends Monday morning rebuilding last week’s report from scratch.

All four are automatable. The question is whether the automation survives contact with a real week — which is where most of it quietly stops working.

Same team, same week, different Tuesday.

  • TodayA missed call is a lost job, discovered days later.
With Palanca SurEvery missed call is texted back in 30 seconds and logged as a lead.
  • TodayCustomer details retyped into three systems.
With Palanca SurEntered once. The other two systems follow automatically.
  • TodayQuotes written after hours, from memory and a photo.
With Palanca SurDraft quote waiting for review before the truck leaves the site.
  • TodayFollow-up depends on who remembers.
With Palanca SurFollow-up runs on a schedule and stops when the customer replies.
  • TodayMonday morning rebuilding last week’s numbers.
With Palanca SurThe report is in the inbox before anyone arrives.
  • TodaySpanish-speaking customers wait for the one bilingual person.
With Palanca SurAnswered in the language they wrote in, at the same speed.
  • TodayAn automation somebody set up breaks quietly; nobody notices for a week.
With Palanca SurEvery run is logged, every failure alerts, and nothing fails silently.

A six-truck home-services shop: 90 inbound calls a week, 14% unanswered (CallRail, 1.1 million leads), a 70% booking rate on answered calls, $780 average job value. The 30% of missed calls we assume are recoverable is our own figure, not a measured rate. Each industry page runs this on your numbers instead of ours.

If missed
Money back, and you keep the deliverable. I decide against myself; you don’t have to argue.
In writing
Success criteria agreed before day one, in one page, in plain language.
What you get
A working prototype on your real systems — logged, monitored, and not a demo video.
After the sprint
A fixed project fee, or a share of what the system recovers. Whichever fits the number better.
Who builds it
Me. There is no team behind me and no junior on your account.

Eighteen years building software that had to keep working on Monday.

I’m a solo engineer in Costa Rica. I work your hours, in English or Spanish, and I build systems you could hand to another engineer tomorrow. If automation is the wrong answer for your problem, I’ll say so in the diagnostic call and you’ll have lost half an hour.

Automation is the work. When it needs custom software built around it, or someone senior to own the technical direction while it ships, that’s the same engagement — not a different pitch.

Bring one process that annoys you. You’ll leave knowing whether it’s worth automating and roughly what it’s worth.
