The sprint guarantee
The 5-Day Prototype Sprint carries written success criteria, agreed by both parties before the first day of work. If the prototype delivered at the end of the week does not meet those criteria, the full fee is refunded on request. The criteria are the test — the decision does not rest on our judgement of our own work.
You keep the deliverable either way
A refund does not require you to return or stop using anything. The code, the configuration and the documentation produced during the sprint are yours whether the fee is refunded or not.
How to request a refund
Email info@palancasur.com within 14 days of the sprint's final delivery, stating which success criterion was not met. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of agreement. There is no form to complete and no approval step.
Cancelling before work starts
A sprint cancelled more than five business days before its scheduled start is refunded in full. Cancelled with less notice, the fee is credited in full toward a rescheduled sprint within six months, because the week has already been reserved and other work turned down.
Stopping mid-sprint
Either party may stop a sprint in progress. If you stop it, you are charged for the days worked and refunded the balance. If we stop it, the full fee is refunded and you keep whatever was built.
Project engagements
Work beyond the sprint is billed against a written statement of work with agreed milestones. Refund terms for that work are set out in the engagement agreement and are not covered by this page.
