What is offered
AI automation services for companies — designing and building automation of repetitive business processes — and AI training for individuals and teams. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance; an engagement begins only when a written agreement is signed by both parties.
The calculators
The figures produced by the calculators on this site are estimates, built from the inputs you provide and the assumptions shown alongside them. Several of those assumptions are our own modelling and are labelled as such on the page. They are not a projection, a guarantee, or professional advice, and no decision should rest on them alone.
The 5-Day Prototype Sprint
The price, success criteria, refund conditions and credit terms described on this site are summaries. The binding version is the written agreement signed before work starts. Success criteria are agreed in writing before the first day and are the sole test of whether the sprint succeeded.
Intellectual property
The content of this site belongs to 3-102-878347 Sociedad de Responsabilidad Limitada. Ownership of work produced during an engagement is governed by the engagement agreement, which assigns the deliverable to the client on delivery — including where a refund is issued.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise, liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of Costa Rica. Engagement agreements may specify a different governing law and venue by agreement between the parties.
